Return and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ennie. If for any reason you are not, you can return the product for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Returns
- Eligibility: Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ennie.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 days.
